Chocolate Buttermilk Bundt Cake

This is a moist, light bundt cake with lots of decorating options.

Preheat oven to 350 Degrees.

Sift together:

Flour

Baking powder

Add:

Salt

In a saucepan:

Melt 1 c butter

1 c sugar

Water

Remove from heat

Mix with dry ingredients

Add 1 c coffee

1 c buttermilk

 

Batter will be very runny. This is okay.

Pour into greased bundt pan.

Bake for 60 to 75 minutes, until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
